Troubleshooting
Ran into trouble? Don't worry, below you can find solutions to the most common issues!
Oops, I accidentally deleted a post, can you get it back?
This can happen ;) Luckily we keep daily back-ups of your website, so if you mail us the the time you accidentally deleted the post, there’s a good chance we can restore it for you. Depending on the complexity of the restore, we might charge you for it. If this is the case, we will always let you know about this up front.
We’re working on a feature called UnDelete, which keeps deleted posts for a few more days after they’re deleted, and allows you to restore posts yourself. Once this feature is ready, you’ll read about it here.
My website doesn’t display well in Internet Explorer 6/7/8/9/10/11
Just like Google, we support the current and previous major release of Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer. In the case of Internet Explorer this means we currently only support its successor Edge.
The reason for this is simple: supporting very old browsers takes a lot more time, and is therefore much more expensive. We’re a small company, but even companies like Google and widely used libraries like jQuery have dropped support for these browsers. Even Microsoft itself has dropped support for Internet Explorer other than version 11 on January 12th, 2016.
I cannot resize images in the texteditor.
Currently only Firefox supports this feature.
